Hi, I'm Rob the Pen Dude and welcome to my web site. Let me tell you about myself. I'm a retired carpenter and I love working with wood. I have recently discovered the art and challenge of making wood pens. I find the process of making beautful pens very fulfilling. I put love into all my pen creations seeking the best quality and ideas.

I enjoy working with all species of wood. From local woods to the acquiring exotic pieces. I craft each pen by hand to highlight the unique grains and colors. These functional art pieces make perfect unique gifts for any occasion. I don't mass produce anything just take my time and create a beautiful peice of wood art one at a time, no two ever alike.
I hate to mention .....Christmas.......but it is coming up. Us pen turners need time to make our pens. Hopefully you will consider a giving a beautiful, one- of- a- kind, handcrafted pen. You will be remembered when you give a pen gift. Whether they carry it on them or leave in a drawer everytime they use or look at it they will remember you.
OPTIONS
The pen industry offers a wide variety of interest. From simple to detailed. Every interest you may have from sports to religion to animals to music to bolt action to motorcycles, etc. Just check with us for whatever you are interested in, and I will build a fantastic pen made for your likes and interest. All pens use a Cross style or Parker style refill. Fountain Pens and Roller ball pens are also avaiable.
Diverse Wood Selection
The making of these pens is pure enjoyment for me. The most important part is selecting what wood or woods, local or exotics, to a create a single piece or multiple woods that blend well. Somtimes it's a lengthy process over days to fit all pieces together then put them on the lathe and working into a beautiful pen and functional work of art.

PRICING: I started pen turning as a hobby due to physical limitions. I became addicted (as many pen turners do) and realized I need to sell some in order to keep making them. Some pens require more labor than others, or the pen kit is more expensive. I try to keep them as reasonable as possible. All sales include sales tax and free gift box.
DISCOUNTS: I offer a 10% discount to Military, first responders, and teachers for thier service. Bulk discounts also. Contact us for details.
